Our delivery time frame depends on the SG delivery slot availability. Do check with Sales Admin before placing the order.
If items are ready stock, we can deliver as soon as possible.
For pre order items, it will take 1-3 weeks depending on your item. Once all the items are ready then admin will contact you to arrange delivery.

Delivery charges are as shown in the above picture.
For more than single address delivery, extra charges will be imposed.
If order items cannot be fitted in Lift, extra charges of SGD15/level. Max 10 level only.

Our delivery schedule varies depending on availability. We will contact you to schedule a delivery time once your order is ready to be delivered.

Our team will deliver and assemble all the items.
Extra charges will be imposed for Wall TV Cabinet installation.
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲
It is your responsibility to inspect the furniture upon delivery to ensure it is in good condition. If there are any damages or defects, please contact us immediately.

Return or exchange service depends on the item purchased.
If received item is damaged, customer need to provide us pictures and videos of the item for further action
Extra delivery charges will be charged for certain cases
Custom made or specially ordered items might not be eligible for returns or exchanges

Free repair or replacement for valid warranty claims but delivery charges & GST will be applied according to your item.
Out-of-warranty service is available at a reasonable charge, which includes:
Labour costs.
Transportation fees (depending on location).
Replacement parts (if required).
Lead Time
Depending on the nature of the issue, repairs may take 7–30 working days.
Custom parts may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Inspect the product before approving a warranty claim.
Determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
Reject claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
Substitute the material to equal quality and similar colour if identical material is not available.
