Auto Spraying Machine, a stand alone industrial auto spraying machine with one single working station which is equipped with configurable parameters controlled by PLC which programmed by AIMAZ. 

Machine Functionality :
Semiconductors are the cornerstone of contemporary electronics, essential for communication, processing, and energy efficiency such as PCB Board Flatness. The objective of this process is to uniformly apply top coationg on the components.

Here's the step of the process operation:

1. The operator places the part component into the holding jig and close the top cover.
2. Then, operator hit the start button to start the operation.
3. The process activity begins by uniformly spraying the top coating on the component.
4. The operator unloads the component from the holding jig.
