The WEH® TW05 Quick Connector is designed for rapid and secure function, pressure, and leak testing of pneumatic components with M12x1.5 female threads. Engineered for efficiency in series production, the TW05 enables pressure-tight connections in just seconds—without tools or additional sealants.

Actuation is performed manually via the grip sleeve, spreading the patented clamping jaws to securely grip the threaded port of the test piece. Pressurisation from 5 – 12 bar is achieved in one simple operation. Time-consuming screw connections and clamping devices are eliminated, significantly improving testing speed and process reliability.

For applications involving frequent testing cycles, the TW05 is also available with a control housing version for fully automated workflows. External pressure and control lines allow seamless integration into automated leak testing systems, reducing operator workload and improving output.
