The WEH® TW05 quick connector is the ideal solution for rapid function, pressure, and leak testing of pneumatic components with M10x1.0 female threads. Designed to streamline testing in series production environments, this connector delivers safe, pressure-tight connections within seconds—without the need for tools or additional sealing compounds.
With a simple actuation of the grip sleeve, the patented clamping jaws expand and grip securely into the internal thread of the test piece. This ensures a quick and tight seal, minimizing setup time and improving workflow efficiency.
The TW05 is also available in a version with control housing for automated testing applications. Actuation in this variant is controlled externally via pressure and control lines, enabling faster, more cost-effective testing for high-volume operations.
